Abstract:
The present invention relates to a thermal power plant for producing electricity or motive force, having at least one fuel or heat-recuperation furnace (1), at least one turbine, at least one main circuit for circulation of a working fluid, at least one tank (6) situated in the furnace (1) on the main circuit, at least one reheating module (8) and at least one secondary circuit (9) in which a reheating fluid circulates, wherein: - the main circuit has at least one initial portion (3c) situated in the at least one furnace (1), at least one first portion (3a) for sending working fluid from the at least one furnace (1) to a first assembly of at least one turbine section (2a), and a second portion (3b) for sending working fluid from the first assembly of at least one turbine section (2a) to a second assembly of at least one turbine section (2b), the working fluid in the tank (6) being at the nominal charging point at a main pressure level, and - the reheating module (8) has at least one downstream heat exchanger (11) situated in the second portion (3b) of the main circuit, characterized in that the secondary circuit (9) has at least one upstream heat exchanger (10) situated in the furnace (1), the upstream heat exchanger (10) making it possible to transfer heat from the combustion fumes or from the recuperation fluid to the reheating fluid circulating in the secondary circuit (9), the reheating fluid circulating in the secondary circuit (9) between the upstream heat exchanger (10) and downstream heat exchanger (11), the power plant being designed such that it is possible for the reheating fluid to be, at the outlet of the upstream heat exchanger (10), at the nominal charging point, at a pressure level at least ten bar higher than the pressure level at the nominal charging point of the working fluid into the tank (6). The present invention also relates to a method for producing electricity in a thermal power plant.
