Abstract:
The present application discloses an improved method and apparatus for wet dust removal in organosilicon and polysilicon production systems. The method comprises the following steps: first, conveying a reaction gas that still contains a small amount of under-10 μm fine silicon powder and catalyst particles after dry dust removal into a wet dust collector, and then, after subjecting the reaction gas to wet dust removal, sending same to a washing tower for washing and cooling. The wash liquid thereof may be used to wash high-boiling-point substances in a washing tower vessel or condensate at the top of the washing tower; after dust removal, the washing liquid containing solid particles such as fine silicon powder enters a washing liquid recovery tank, and the liquid phase material therein is recovered by means of heating and evaporation. By means of the present method, the solid particle content of reaction gas entering the washing tower can be effectively reduced, which reduces the occurrence of blockage in the washing tower, reduces the on-site operation intensity, and achieves clean production; at the same time, production of high-boiling-point residue slurry having low added value can also be reduced, and usable products therein can be fully recovered.
