Abstract:
An implant, an implant forming method and a suture instrument, which belong to the technical field of medical instruments. The implant comprises: a first fixing anchor (1), a second fixing anchor (2) and a multi-strand suture (3), wherein the multi-strand suture (3) comprises a first end (4) and a second end (5); the first fixing anchor (1) is connected to the first end (4); a first self-penetrating section (7) is arranged between the first fixing anchor (1) and the second end (5); the second end (5) is turned over and penetrates the woven structure of the first self-penetrating section (7) towards the first end (4) along the second end (5) or towards the second end (5) along the first end (4) so as to form a first closed thread loop (8); the second fixing anchor (2) is in sliding connection with the first closed thread loop (8); and the second end (5) is used for reducing the inner diameter of the first closed thread loop (8) after being pulled, such that the first fixing anchor (1) approaches the second fixing anchor (2).
