Abstract:
An imaging system (10) comprises: an information acquiring means (110) that acquires movement information related to the movement of at least a portion of a subject; a periodicity estimating means (120) that estimates, on the basis of the movement information, a periodicity related to the movement of at least the portion of the subject; and an image acquiring means (130) that controls, on the basis of the periodicity, a camera for imaging the subject to acquire an image of the subject. According to such imaging system, a moving subject can be appropriately imaged.
