Abstract:
The present invention provides an imaging device, an imaging method, a program, and a recording medium with which, when capturing a moving image while sequentially focusing on a plurality of subjects, focus bracketing with good focus accuracy can be performed for all subjects regardless of whether the subjects stay still. The imaging device performs focus bracketing wherein a moving image is captured with a focus lens sequentially moved to the focus position of each subject. A subject identification unit identifies a plurality of subjects included in an optical image captured by an imaging unit, and an ordering unit orders focus adjustments for the plurality of subjects. A control unit moves the focus lens to the focus position for one of the plurality of subjects and repeats, in the order applied by the ordering unit, focus control for continuing the operation of autofocus adjustment for one subject over a given period of time (Tc).
