This imaging device has: an imaging element for outputting a series of first frames at a first interval according to a first imaging and outputting a second frame according to an instruction of a second imaging; a thinning process unit for performing a thinning process from the series of first frames for output at a second interval; and, a control unit for controlling the output timing of the second frame on the basis of the first interval or the second interval and an instruction timing of the second imaging.
