Abstract:
In this image processing device, the learning efficiency and the processing speed are enhanced. An image processing device (100) is provided with an acquisition unit (110), a division unit (120), a determination unit (140), and an output unit (150). The acquisition unit (110) acquires an original image in which an inspection object is captured. The division unit (120) generates a plurality of divided images by dividing the original image on the basis of the feature of the inspection object captured in the original image. The determination unit (140) determines, for each of the plurality of divided images, whether or not the quality of the inspection object can be determined by using rule information, and determines the quality of the inspection object by using the rule information, regarding a first divided image among the plurality of divided images, for which the quality of the inspection object can be determined by using the rule information. The output unit (150) outputs, from among the plurality of divided images, a second divided image for which the quality of the inspection object cannot be determined by using the rule information, to a learning module (160) which can be trained by machine learning or which is obtained as a learning result.
