Abstract:
An image display device (10) according to the present embodiment is provided with a display panel (12), an electrical wire (20), and an outer frame (38). The display panel (12) is capable of switching between an image display mode in which an image is displayed, and a transmissive mode which is a transmissive state in which an object (200) on a rear surface side of the display panel (12) is visible when viewed from the front. The electrical wire (20) is disposed on the periphery of the display panel (12). The outer frame (38) is provided along the edge of the display panel (12) and has a first housing space for housing the electrical wire (20) and a second housing space for housing the edge of the display panel (12).
