Embodiments of the present application provide an image annotation method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a plurality of target image frames of an object to be annotated and a photographing pose of an image acquisition device corresponding to each target image frame, wherein the photographing poses of the image acquisition device corresponding to at least two target image frames are different; according to the plurality of target image frames of said object and the photographing pose of the image acquisition device corresponding to each target image frame, reconstructing a three-dimensional model of said object by using a preset three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm; in the three-dimensional model of said object, determining a plurality of three-dimensional key points of the three-dimensional model; and for each target image frame among the plurality of target image frames of said object, according to the photographing pose of the image acquisition device corresponding to the target image, projecting the plurality of three-dimensional key points of the three-dimensional model into the target image to obtain annotation information of the target image. The present application is used for improving the annotation efficiency and reducing annotation costs.
