Abstract:
An igniter assembly provided with: an electrically ignited igniter having an ignition part containing an ignition agent, a holding part that is formed of resin, covers at least a portion of the periphery of the ignition part, and holds the ignition part, and a conductive pin that energizes the ignition part; and an igniter collar that is formed of metal and to which the igniter is attached. The igniter collar has a securing part that surrounds and secures the holding part, the holding part has a protruding section continuous with the periphery of the holding part and formed integrally therewith, and in a state in which the holding part is secured to the securing part, the protruding section is pressure-bonded to the securing part.
