Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ice cream extrusion apparatus. The present invention comprises: a piston connector for connecting a lower end of a lifting rod and the center portion of a piston of a drive actuator; and an elastic lifting rod, installed inside the piston connector, which selectively ascends or descends by a predetermined length through the elasticity of an elastic member in a state where the lower end of the elastic lifting rod protrudes by a predetermined length downward from the center of the bottom surface of the piston. Due to these features, point contact is preferentially made by means of the elastic lifting rod when the piston presses against a lid of an ice cream dispensing container, thereby reducing the load when the piston is being pressed. Accordingly, it is possible to apply an actuator having a relatively small pressing force and significantly reduce power consumption of the apparatus at the same time.
