Abstract:
Hyperbranched ionic liquid/CNFs hybrid particles, a microporous foamed flame-retardant TPV and a preparation method therefor. In the method, a POSS-based hyperbranched ionic liquid is first formed by using POSS as a core and combining polyamide-amine and a phosphate radical or a polyphosphate radical, and then the POSS-based hyperbranched ionic liquid and nanocellulose CNFs are ground to obtain the hyperbranched ionic liquid/CNFs hybrid particles; a thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizate TPV is modified by using the hyperbranched ionic liquid/CNFs hybrid particles to obtain a hyperbranched ionic liquid/nanocellulose microporous foamed flame-retardant TPV. The hyperbranched ionic liquid/CNFs hybrid particles can be used as a modifier having an intumescent flame-retardant function and are used for preparing a polymer microporous foamed flame-retardant material, and a prepared microporous foamed TPV material has excellent flame-retardant properties and mechanical properties.
