Abstract:
A hydrogen peroxide vaporizer, according to the present invention, used for a sterilizer for sterilizing using hydrogen peroxide vapor generated by vaporizing a hydrogen peroxide solution, comprises: a body part formed in a hollow column shape; a vaporizing part which is provided at one side of the inside of the body part, and which has a predetermined capacity so that the predetermined hydrogen peroxide solution can be accommodated therein; a support part for supporting that the vaporizing part is spaced a predetermined interval apart from the inside of the body part; a heating part provided at one side of the vaporizing part so as to heat the vaporizing part; a discharging part provided at the upper portion of the body part so as to guide the discharge of the hydrogen peroxide vapor vaporized by the vaporizing part; a diffusion fan provided at the upper end of the discharging part or spaced a predetermined interval apart from the upper end of the discharging part; a discharging fan, which is provided at one side of the inside of the body part so as to be disposed at a position relatively lower than that of the vaporizing part, in order to improve the discharge efficiency of the hydrogen peroxide vapor vaporized by the vaporizing part and discharged through the discharging part; and a condensate water tray provided between the vaporizing part and the discharging fan so as to accommodate condensate water generated in at least one of the vaporizing part, the heating part, the discharging part, and the diffusion fan.
