Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of fuel cells, and provides a hydrogen ejector for a fuel cell, solving the problems in the prior art of hydrogen circulating pumps being prone to faults and ejector universality and sealing performance being poor. The hydrogen ejector comprises a high-pressure spray head, a double-sealing structure, and a diffusion cavity. A mounting recess for placing the double-sealing structure is provided at the top end of a housing of the high-pressure spray head, and the mounting recess internally comprises a uniform inner diameter channel, a cone channel having a set cone angle, and an injection hole channel having a uniform inner diameter, which communicate in sequence and transition smoothly. In the double-sealing structure, a gas sensor used for monitoring hydrogen is disposed on the side of each sealing structure away from the high-pressure spray head. A side of a housing of the diffusion cavity is provided with a main gas path mounting part in which a high-pressure spray head is partially embedded, and the shape of the embedding end of said mounting part matches the shape of the embedded part of the high-pressure spray head; said part internally comprises a mixing chamber, which is provided with a main gas path inlet and a circulating gas path inlet, and a diffusion chamber that communicate in sequence and transition smoothly.
