Abstract:
This hydraulic drive system is provided with a hydraulic pump, a boom control valve, a pivot control valve, a boom operating unit, a pivot operating unit, and a drive control unit, wherein the drive control unit adjusts a pivot drive command such that, even if an operation quantity with respect to the pivot operating unit is the same, a degree of opening of the pivot control valve between the hydraulic pump and a pivot motor is smaller for a simultaneous operation case in which a pivot operation command is output from the pivot operating unit and a boom operation command is output from the boom operating unit than for an independent operation case in which the pivot operation command is output from the pivot operating unit but the boom operation command is not output from the boom operating unit.
