Abstract:
This hydraulic drive system, in which a main circuit forms a hydraulic closed loop with a hydraulic actuator, is provided with: a hydraulic pump connected to the hydraulic actuator through two different pressurized fluid paths ; pressurizing mechanisms which are respectively interposed in the two pressurized fluid paths and apply a pressure to a working fluid that returns from the hydraulic actuator; low pressure selecting valves which are respectively connected to the hydraulic actuator side rather than the pressurizing mechanism in the two pressurized fluid paths, and which guide, to a cooling path, a low pressure working fluid among the working fluids flowing through the two pressurized fluid paths; a throttling mechanism interposed in the cooling path; a cooling device which is interposed in the cooling path on the downstream side of the throttling mechanism and cools the working fluid flowing through the cooling path; and pressurized fluid returning mechanisms which are respectively connected to the pressurized fluid pump rather than the pressurizing mechanism in the two pressurized fluid paths, and which allow the working fluid cooled by the cooling device to return to the two pressurized fluid paths.
