Abstract:
This hydraulic device comprises: a relief valve (20) which is provided on a first oil flow passage (L1) that is for guiding, to an oil tank (100), hydraulic oil discharged from an actuator (10) and which has a vent port (23); a hydraulic pump (31) the discharge side of which is connected to the vent port (23); a motor (41) which drives the hydraulic pump (31); a hydraulic motor (32) which is provided on the first oil flow passage (L1) and which is positioned downstream from the relief valve (20); a power generator (42) which is driven by the hydraulic motor (32); and a pressure control valve (50) which controls the pressure of the hydraulic oil between the relief valve (20) and the hydraulic motor (32) to be at or below a prescribed pressure.
