Abstract:
[Problem] To improve upon a problem relating to a configuration using a single hydraulic oil cooling line and an accumulator in that there tends to be an increase in size due to having separate configurations for suppressing impact surge pressure and for cooling the hydraulic oil, and a problem in that an increase in the temperature of the hydraulic oil during a series of cylinder strokes cannot be suppressed, and the hydraulic device cannot be expected to demonstrate its effects when a large force is provided continuously in a stable manner. [Solution] This hydraulic device has at least two flow paths connected to an accumulator on the hydraulic oil discharge side of a cylinder, has, at an intermediate position along one of these flow paths, a bypass connected to the accumulator, and has, in each of the flow paths, a valve controlled by a control device. [Effect] It is not necessary to use separate circuits to avoid impacts and to suppress a temperature increase, and thus the size can be reduced, the cylinder speed can be adjusted until reaching top dead center and bottom dead center of a cylinder stroke, and hydraulic oil can be recirculated and cooled.
