Abstract:
A hydraulic device for a numerically controlled machine tool, which relates to the technical field of numerically controlled machine tools, and aims to solve the problem of reduced transmission efficiency caused by an insufficient automatic control test performance, during an oil delivery process, of an existing hydraulic device for a numerically controlled machine tool. An oil tank (3) is arranged above a protective base (1), a PLC (8) is arranged on an outer side of the oil tank (3), a disassembly rotary block (4) is arranged below the PLC (8), an electric motor (5) is arranged above the oil tank (3), a hydraulic pump (7) is arranged at one end of the electric motor (5), a quantitative metering electronic control valve (13) is arranged at the lower end of the hydraulic pump (7), a material guide pipe (6) is arranged on one side of the hydraulic pump (7), a sealing clamping sleeve (11) is arranged at the front end of the material guide pipe (6), a shock-absorbing damping sleeve (10) is arranged below the material guide pipe (6), a thermal insulation inner tank (20) is arranged inside the oil tank (3), a composite oil filter cartridge (18) is arranged inside the thermal insulation inner tank (20), a connecting pipe (14) is arranged on one side of the composite oil filter cartridge (18), and a rotator (17) is arranged at one end of the composite oil filter cartridge (18).
