The present invention relates to a hydraulic control system for construction machines and a control method thereof, the system comprising: a main pump driven by an engine provided in a construction machine; a fan pump supplying hydraulic oil to a cooling fan to cool the engine; and a controller (EPOS) provided to control the operation of the engine, the main pump, and the fan pump.
