Abstract:
A hydraulic control pipe penetrating part of a remote control valve, comprising: a penetrating body (1), blocking parts, a control pipe (4), and a sealing part (5); the penetrating body (1) is mounted on a fixing plate (2) and is axially provided with through holes (11); the blocking parts comprise a first blocking part (31) and a second blocking part (32) for respectively blocking two open ends of the through hole (11); the first blocking part (31) and the second blocking part (32) are respectively provided with first mounting holes which are coaxial with the through holes (11); the control pipe (4) is inserted in the first mounting hole; the sealing part (5) is made of oil-resistant rubber material and is sleeved on the control pipe (4); the sealing part (5) comprises a first flat spacer (51), a second flat spacer (52), and at least one X-shaped spacer (53) located between the first flat spacer (51) and the second flat spacer (52); when the sealing part (5) is extruded by the blocking part, the X-shaped spacer (53) is deformed, so that the X-shaped spacer (53) tightly abuts against the outer wall of the control pipe (4) and the wall of the through hole (11), separately. Therefore, the hydraulic control pipe penetrating part of the remote control valve has a good sealing effect.
