Abstract:
A hydraulic control one-way valve, comprising a threaded sleeve (1), a valve rod (2), a valve seat (4), a valve element (3), a fastening spring (6), and a control piston (7), wherein the threaded sleeve (1) is provided with a first containing cavity (11) and a second containing cavity that are in communication with each other, a limiting face (13) is defined at the junction between the first containing cavity (11) and the second containing cavity, the outer wall of the threaded sleeve (1) is provided with a flowing-out hole (14), the valve rod (2) is provided with a communication hole (21) penetrating the valve rod (2) in the axial direction, the valve rod (2) sequentially comprises a sliding section (22), a buffering section (23), and an abutting section (24) in the axial direction, the sliding section (22) slides in the first containing cavity (11) in a sealed manner, the valve seat (4) is fixed in the second containing cavity, the valve element (3) is fixedly sheathed in the buffering section (23), the valve element (3) abuts against the valve seat (4) in a sealed manner, the buffering section (23) is sheathed with the fastening spring (6), a clamping hole (72) is provided in the control piston (7), a throttling hole (71) is further provided in the outer side face, in the axial direction, of the control piston (7), and the throttling hole (71), the clamping hole (72) and the communication hole (21) are in communication. According to the hydraulic control one-way valve, on the basis of relieving unloading impact, the sealing effect is guaranteed, the structure of the hydraulic control one-way valve is optimized, difficulties of maintenance are reduced, and safety is improved.
