Abstract:
A hydraulic actuator (10) is provided with a cylindrical tube (110) that expands and contracts due to pressure of a fluid, a sleeve (120) which is a stretchable structural body of interwoven fiber cords aligned in a prescribed direction and which covers the outer peripheral surface of the tube (110), and a covering member (130) that covers the outer peripheral surface of the tube (110).
