Abstract:
The actuator is equipped with an oscillating member (15) and first and second rotary members (17, 20) that are retained on a base member (11) by a universal joint mechanism (13) while being able to oscillate with respect to two of the three orthogonal axes including the center of said mechanism, a pump mechanism (53) that moves a low-pressure incompressible fluid in a low-pressure pipe part (51), a high-pressure pipe part (50) that is filled with a high-pressure incompressible fluid pressurized by a hydraulic generation mechanism (40), multiple oscillation torque generation mechanisms (30a, 30b, 30c, 30d, 30e) that link the base member to the oscillating member and generate oscillation torque for the oscillating member as they are driven by the aforementioned fluid, a control valve unit (35) that controls the connection between the pipe parts, and oscillation adjustment means (25a, 25b) that change the relative angle between the two rotary members.
