Abstract:
A hybrid power hydraulic system and an aerial platform truck. The hybrid power hydraulic system comprises an engine, a motor, and a gear pump, the engine being separated from and connected to the motor, and the gear pump being connected to the motor; a high-pressure oil path connected to a discharge port of the gear pump; proportional valves, an oil inlet of each proportional valve being connected to the high-pressure oil path; a hydraulic control reversing valve, the hydraulic control reversing valve having an oil inlet connected to the high-pressure oil path, and an oil return port connected to a low-pressure oil return path; a control oil path provided between a control oil port of the hydraulic control reversing valve and an operating oil port of each proportional valve, the control oil path being provided with one-way valves, and an oil inlet of each one-way valve being connected to the operating oil port of each proportional valve; and a switching valve provided between the high-pressure oil path and the oil inlet of the hydraulic control reversing valve, when the engine does not operate, the switching valve being closed, and when the engine operates, the switching valve being opened. The outlet pressure of the gear pump in a diesel-driven mode is reduced without influencing an electric mode, the energy loss is reduced, the power generation rate is improved, and the service life of the gear pump is prolonged.
