Abstract:
A hybrid damping mode-based high-output-force vibration isolation mount, comprising a main rubber spring (1) and a magnetorheological damper (2). The magnetorheological damper (2) comprises an upper cover plate (21), a lower cover plate (22), a piston rod (24), a combined piston head (26), a magnetic isolation sleeve (27), and a coil (28); the main rubber spring (1) covers the upper cover plate (21); one end of the piston rod (24) penetrates through the main rubber spring (1), and the other end of the piston rod (24) is fixedly connected to the combined piston head (26); a magnetorheological effect area is formed between the upper cover plate (21) and the lower cover plate (22); the combined piston head (26) and the magnetic isolation sleeve (27) are located in the magnetorheological effect area; the combined piston head (26) has an interference fit with the magnetic isolation sleeve (27); the combined piston head (26) slides along the inner wall of the magnetic isolation sleeve (27); the gaps between the upper cover plate (21), the lower cover plate (22), the magnetic isolation sleeve (27), and the combined piston head (26) are filled with a magnetorheological fluid (25); the coil (28) is wound on the magnetic isolation sleeve (27); and the coil (28) is configured to form a magnetic circuit after being energized. The hybrid damping mode-based high-output-force vibration isolation mount has a simple structure and high reliability and can output a large damping force in a short stroke.
