Provided is a humidity adjustment device that is capable of efficiently recovering moisture from a liquid absorbent material. This humidity adjustment device is provided with: a moisture absorbing unit that causes at least a portion of the moisture contained in the air to be absorbed by the liquid absorbent material that contains a moisture absorbent substance by bringing the liquid absorbent material and air into contact; an atomization regenerating unit that regenerates the liquid absorbent material by atomizing at least a portion of the moisture contained in the liquid absorbent material supplied by the moisture absorbing unit, generating mist-like droplets, and separating at least a portion of the droplets from the liquid absorbent material; and a moisture recovering unit that recovers moisture from the droplets drawn out by the atomization regenerating unit. The moisture recovery unit is provided with a classifying device that classifies the droplets into first droplets each having a first grain diameter and second droplets each having a second grain diameter smaller than the first grain diameter, an aggregation device that aggregates a plurality of the second droplets drawn out by the classifying device, and a recovery device that recovers the second droplets aggregated by the aggregation device.
