A household kitchen garbage collection baler, comprising a housing, a first box body, a second box body, a flow guide pipe, a crushing apparatus, a stirring apparatus, a compression apparatus, a pull-out box, a dehydrating agent box, an adhesive box, an operating panel and a control unit. The operating panel is disposed on the housing, and the first box body and the second box body are connected by means of the flow guide pipe; the housing is provided with a first opening, a second opening, a third opening, a first opening and closing cover, a second opening and closing cover and a third opening and closing cover; the first opening is in communication with the first box body; the crushing apparatus is disposed in the first box body; the compression apparatus is disposed at the top of the second box body; the stirring apparatus is disposed on an inner side wall of the second box body; the dehydrating agent box and the adhesive box are disposed on an inner side wall of the second box body; and the pull-out box is located at the bottom of the second box body. Thus, the present application can compress and solidify kitchen garbage, and isolate a smell. The present application also discloses a kitchen garbage treatment method.
