Abstract:
This hot stamped molded article is provided with a steel base and a metal layer formed on the surface of the steel base. The metal layer contains 30.0 to 36.0 mass% of Al, and has a thickness of 100 nm to 5µm. The metal layer also includes an interface layer that is positioned at the interface with the steel base, and a primary layer that has an MgZn2 phase coexisting with an island-like FeAl2 phase, has a thickness of 3 to 40 µm, and is positioned over the interface layer.
