Title:
HOSE FOR TRANSPORTATION OF REFRIGERANT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/007940
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a hose that is for transportation of a refrigerant and that has excellent permeation resistance to a refrigerant transported in the hose and water outside the hose, and that is light weight, has good flexibility, and excellent handling properties. An inner surface layer 2 is formed of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic resin composition having an island-sea structure including a matrix containing a thermoplastic resin and domains containing an elastomer. An outer surface layer 3 is formed of a thermoplastic resin composition having an island-sea structure including a matrix containing a thermoplastic resin and domains containing an elastomer. The oxygen permeability coefficient of the thermoplastic resin composition or the thermoplastic resin of the inner surface layer 2 is at most 0.05 cm3·mm/(m2·day·mmHg) at a temperature of 21°C and a relative humidity of 50%. The water vapor permeability coefficient of the thermoplastic resin composition of the outer surface layer 3 is at most 10.0 g·mm/(m2·24h) at a temperature of 60°C and a relative humidity of 100%. A reinforcement layer 4 is formed of organic fibers 4f having an inclination angle a that is set to 49-61°.
