Abstract:
Provided is a hose for refrigerant transportation which has low permeability to gases including water vapor and chlorofluorocarbons and is flexible and lightweight. The hose for refrigerant transportation comprises at least an outer layer, a reinforcement layer, and an inner layer, and is characterized in that the outer layer includes a layer formed from a thermoplastic resin composition A and the inner layer includes a layer formed from a thermoplastic resin composition B, the thermoplastic resin composition A having a sea-island structure comprising a thermoplastic resin a, as a matrix, that includes a polyolefin-based resin and 51-85 mass% elastomer a, as domains, that includes a butyl-based elastomer, and the thermoplastic resin composition B having a sea-island structure comprising a thermoplastic resin b, as a matrix, that includes a polyamide-based resin and an elastomer b, as domains, that includes a butyl-based elastomer.
