Abstract:
A hose clamp is configured so that grip tabs can be stably operated.
A hose clamp is provided with: a clamp body (3) which is formed by annularly bending a plate spring material in such a manner that the opposite ends of the plate spring material intersect each other in a circumferential plane; and grip tabs (51, 52) which are respectively formed at the opposite ends of the clamp body (3) so as to be individually upstanding in the radially outward direction at the opposite ends. The hose clamp (1) is held in an expanded-diameter state when an engagement claw (34) is engaged with an engagement receiving section (35), and the expanded-diameter state is released by subjecting the hose clamp in the expanded-diameter state to gripping operation. The front end of the second grip tab (52) is formed to have a greater width than the front end of the first grip tab (51). The front ends of both the grip tabs (51, 52) are bent in the direction in which the front ends separate from each other in the plate thickness direction, and thus the front ends are formed into bends (61, 62) for gripping operation.
