Abstract:
A hose assembly of a vehicle air conditioner, comprising a hose (1) and connectors (2) fixedly connected to two ends of the hose. The hose (1) comprises an inner glue layer (3), a blocking layer (4), a middle glue layer (5), a reinforcing layer (6) and an outer glue layer (7) in sequence from inside to outside; the connectors comprise bushes (8), lining cores (9), aluminum sleeves (10) and nuts (11); one end of the lining cores (9) is connected to the hose (1), and the other end thereof has the movable nuts (11) sleeved thereon; the bushes (8) are embedded in the inner walls of connection sections between the lining cores (9) and the hose (1), and a first groove (12) and two bumps (13) are arranged on the outer walls thereof; each aluminum sleeve (10) is locked by a groove formed between the two bumps (13); the hose (1) is pressed between the lining cores (9) and the aluminum sleeves (10); a second groove (14) is formed in the other end of each lining core (9); and a sealing ring (15) is provided inside each second groove (14). The bushes (8) are embedded into the inner walls of the lining cores (9), so that the lining cores (9) do not deform after the aluminum sleeves (10) are buckled; the lining cores (9) are provided with dense-tooth type grooves, so that the sealing performance of the hose assembly is improved. Each aluminum sleeve (10) is provided between the two bumps (13), so that the tensile property of the assembly is improved. With the double-groove sealing mode of the other end of the lining cores (9), the sealing performance of the connection between the hose assembly and other equipment is ensured.
