Abstract:
It is intended to prevent any grease penetration in a hollow region of hollow power transmission shaft and attain cost reduction thereof. There is provided a hollow power transmission shaft wherein without filling the whole of hollow region (16) of hollow shaft with a resin foam, at least both end portions (1b, 1c) of the shaft are filled with resin foams (21, 22) to thereby seal the hollow region (16).
