Abstract:
Disclosed is an hinged valve, comprising a valve housing, a valve stem, a valve core, a driving member, and a sliding member. A channel is formed in the valve housing, a valve stem hole is formed in the valve housing to at least partially accommodate the valve stem, and the valve stem is hinged to the valve housing; the driving member is detachably connected to the valve stem and is matched with the sliding member, so that the rotating motion of the valve stem is transmitted to the valve core by means of the driving member via the sliding member and is converted into the motion for driving the valve core to rotate around a hinge axis so as to open or close the valve; the sliding member is connected to the valve core by means of a pin shaft; the hinge axis of the valve core and the valve housing is parallel to the rotating axis of the pin shaft; the valve core is provided with at least one sliding member limiting portion; and each sliding member limiting portion is provided on the valve core and limits displacement of the sliding member in the direction of the rotating axis. According to the present invention, the problem in the prior art that a valve core and a valve housing are prone to falling off is mitigated.
