A hinge and a display device. The hinge comprises a support base (100) and at least a set of turnover assemblies. The set of turnover assemblies comprises a first turnover assembly (200) and a second turnover assembly (300) which are symmetrically arranged with respect to the support base (100). When the hinge is switched between the unfolded state and the folded state, in the rotating process, a first turnover plate (202) can swing around the second end of a first swing arm (201), such that the included angle between the back surface of the first turnover plate (202) and the first swing arm (201) is changed, and the length of a connecting rod mechanism formed by the first turnover plate (202) and the first swing arm (201) can be extended or shortened along with the change of the included angle between the back surface of the first turnover plate (202) and the first swing arm (201). Therefore, in the process of folding a flexible screen of the display device, the hinge basically does not extrude or pull the flexible screen, such that the probability of damage of the hinge to the flexible screen is reduced, and the service life of the flexible screen is effectively prolonged.
