Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hinge device for a foldable device, and more specifically, to a hinge device for a foldable device which is capable of: rotating a first device and a second device constituting the foldable device about a single axis of rotation; supporting a flexible display on a single plane when unfolded and maximizing free space when folded, so as to prevent damage to the flexible display; with a minimal configuration, providing the free space when folded and stably supporting the display on the single plane when unfolded; symmetrically rotating the first device and the second device without a separate component for synchronization; and fundamentally blocking inflow of foreign substances during a folding or unfolding process.
