Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a high-temperature-resistant heat-insulating flexible composite pipe, comprising: a lining layer, a reinforcing layer, an inner protective layer, an insulating layer, a fixing layer and an outer protective layer, wherein the lining layer is a fluid-conveying channel; the insulating layer comprises a third winding layer, the third winding layer comprises a silica aerogel felt, and the silica aerogel felt is wound and wrapped outside the inner protective layer; the lining layer makes direct contact with a conveyed fluid, has good adaptability under a heavy oil high-temperature, and is a temperature-resistant main body of the composite pipe; the reinforcing layer has pressure-bearing stability and good aging resistance under a high-temperature, and may be a single reinforcing layer or a composite reinforcing layer; the inner protective layer is a protective layer of the reinforcing layer; and the insulating layer is an insulating main body of the composite pipe, has an excellent heat preservation performance, and has the advantages of a low heat conductivity coefficient and a good heat-insulating performance. The present utility model has the characteristics of a thin pipe wall, convenient transportation, high-temperature resistance, good heat-insulating performance, etc., and can reduce heat loss of a heavy oil pipeline during conveyance.
