Abstract:
Provided is a high-temperature and high-pressure gate valve for an ultra-supercritical main steam system, wherein a supporting plate (20) is axially disposed inside a valve chamber (16); a first bearing (21) is disposed at a lower end of the supporting plate (20) in an axial direction of the valve chamber (16); a valve rod (13) passes through the supporting plate (20) and is fixedly connected to the first bearing (21) in a rotatable manner; valve plates (12) are pivotally connected to the lower end of the supporting plate (20); a bearing plate (22) is disposed at a middle position between the two valve plates (12); a second bearing (23) is coaxially disposed below the first bearing (21); an upper end of the bearing plate (22) is connected to the second bearing (23); a compression screw (24) is coaxially disposed inside the valve rod (13); a lower end of the compression screw (24) is fixedly connected to the second bearing (23) in a rotatable manner; and a supporting rod (25) is disposed at a lower end of the bearing plate (22); and a compression wheel (26) is disposed on the supporting rod (25).
