Abstract:
A multilayer polymer film and a manufacturing method therefor, the use of the multilayer polymer film for manufacturing a molded body, and the manufactured molded body. The multilayer polymer film comprises a hard core layer and a soft skin layer, wherein the hard core layer comprises one or more polymer layers, the material of each polymer layer of the hard core layer comprising at least one transparent polyamide, and the glass transition temperature Tg of each layer of the transparent polyamide ranging from 100ºC to 200ºC; and each soft skin layer comprises one or more polymer layers, each polymer layer of each soft skin layer comprising at least one thermoplastic polyurethane or polyamide elastomer with a Shore hardness of 50 D to 85 D. The multilayer polymer film has good transparency and environmental stress cracking resistance, can stably maintain a high stress under warm and humid conditions, and is particularly suitable for use as a dental diaphragm.
