Abstract:
Disclosed are a high-strength stainless steel, a heat treatment process and a formed component. The high-strength stainless steel comprises the following in parts by weight: 0.2-0.35% of C, 0.7-3.50% of Mn, 0.6-2.0% of Si, 11-17% of Cr, 0.20% or less of Nb, 0.20% or less of Ti, the balance being Fe and impurities. The heat treatment process comprises the following steps: step a of heating the high-strength stainless steel to 1000-1200ºC for 1-3600s; step b of cooling the high-strength stainless steel having been treated in step a to below 100ºC; and step c of heating the high-strength stainless steel having been treated in step b to 150-400ºC for 10-10000s, followed by cooling to room temperature by any cooling means. The formed component is prepared from the high-strength stainless steel. The microstructure of the formed component comprises, by area, 5% to 30% of retained austenite, 70% to 95% of martensite, less than 1% of Nb and Ti carbide, and less than 2% of Cr carbide.
