A high-speed shearing activation machine comprises a machine body (1), a central shaft (2), a driving mechanism, a support cover plate (4), a plurality of connectors (5), a plurality of shearing chains (6), a conveying means (7) and a holder (8). The machine body is mounted on the holder, the support cover plate covers the machine body, and a feed port (14) is provided on the support cover plate; the driving mechanism and the conveying means are mounted on the support cover plate, the central shaft is provided on the support cover plate and the middle-to-lower portion of the central shaft passes downwardly through the support cover plate and extends into an inner cavity (15) of the machine body; the driving mechanism drives the central shaft to rotate, a discharge pipe (16) of the conveying means is connected to the feed port, and the plurality of connectors are connected to the middle-to-lower portion of the central shaft, each connector being mounted with a shearing chain; a discharge port (9) is provided on the bottom of the machine body. Compared to the traditional bowl mill and turbine pulverizer, the activation machine has a high yield while saving energy, and creates a good condition for low-temperature pressurized hydrolysis.
