Title:
HIGH-SPEED DOWNWARD FLAPPING FLIGHT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/066583
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A flight device of the present invention is a flight device having one or more wings on the left and right sides of a fuselage, respectively, to generate a buoyancy force by performing relative motion to the fuselage by means of a driving source, wherein each of the left and right sides of the fuselage is provided with at least one orbital crank mechanism that receives a driving force from the driving source, wherein the crank mechanism is provided with a crankshaft extending in the front and rear direction of the fuselage, a crankpin, and a crank arm, wherein the crankpin revolves in the direction of rotation passing through a point closest to the fuselage when descending, wherein the fuselage is provided with one or more flapping rotation shafts serving as a rotation axis of flapping motion of each wing, and wherein each of the wings has an outer end portion thereof that is in a free end state and an inner end portion thereof that is hinged with the flapping rotation shaft in such a manner as to be able to be rotated in place. Some sections between the outer end and the inner end of the wing are provided with a slit-type opening having a through-space shape along the left and right width directions of the wing, the opening having a length that is slightly longer than the diameter of revolution of the crankpin, and a height that is slightly higher than the diameter of the crankpin.
