Abstract:
The present invention discloses a high-sensitivity mechanical temperature sensing switch. The switch comprises an insulating upper casing and an insulating lower casing. The insulating upper casing and the insulating lower casing are respectively fabricated by injection molding or integral molding, with no screw holes or gaps on the surfaces thereof, effectively preventing electrical conductors from entering an accommodating cavity, and improving the sensitivity of the temperature sensing switch. The surface of the insulating upper casing is provided with an auxiliary heat sensing piece, the auxiliary heat sensing piece being in direct contact with an electric heating element, improving the sensitivity of the temperature sensing switch in sensing temperature changes, and the auxiliary heat sensing piece being isolated from charged elements. The temperature sensing switch further comprises a bimetallic strip that is attached to the auxiliary heat sensing piece and can also be in direct contact with the electric heating element. The temperature sensing switch further comprises an insulating push rod, further improving the insulation performance of the temperature sensing switch. The sensing switch has a simple structure, is easy to assemble, and is suitable for mass production. An auxiliary insulating piece is closely attached to the surface of the insulating upper casing, and has a flat surface having a large contact area with the electric heating element, achieving high sensitivity, good temperature response speed, and high safety performance.
