Abstract:
A high-reliability temperature and pressure reducer, comprising a valve body (1). A valve rod (2) is provided on the valve body (1); an electric adjusting mechanism (3) is connected to the valve rod (2); a first support (4) and a second support (5) are provided on the valve body (1), the first support (4) is arranged on one side of the valve rod (2), and the second support (5) is arranged on the other side of the valve rod (2); an electric control telescopic cylinder (6) is connected to the side wall of the side of the first support (4) distant from the valve rod (2), a telescopic portion of the electric control telescopic cylinder (6) passes through the first support (4) and extends in a direction close to the valve rod (2), and a push plate (7) is connected to the telescopic portion of the electric control telescopic cylinder (6); connecting frames (8) which are symmetrically arranged are connected to the surface of the side of the push plate (7) close to the valve rod (2), one end of each of the connecting frames (8) on the two sides is fixedly connected to the push plate (7), and the other end of each of the connecting frames (8) is slidably inserted into the second support (5); the valve rod (2) passes through the middles of the connecting frames (8) on the two sides, and a clamping assembly used for clamping the valve rod (2) is provided between the connecting frames (8) on the two sides. The temperature and pressure reducer has the characteristics of high reliability, difficulty in damage and long service life.
