Abstract:
Disclosed are a high-purity round-corner quartz preparation method and device. The device comprises a housing, a pivoting support mechanism, a grinding mechanism and a powder selection mechanism. The grinding mechanism comprises a rocker arm, a telescopic member connected to the lower end of the rocker arm, and a grinding roller rotatably connected to the upper end of the rocker arm. The grinding roller comprises a roller shaft connected to the upper end of the rocker arm and a hub rotatably connected to the periphery of the roller shaft. A roller sleeve assembly is detachably connected to the periphery of the hub. The roller sleeve assembly in the present disclosure comprises different forms of construction . Different grinding processes can be achieved by selectively mounting different roller sleeve assemblies to obtain different product quality and yield. Therefore, the grinding mechanism has a flexible and changeable structure, and has wider applicability. The whole grinding mechanism does not require to be replaced during disassembly and replacement, thus providing safety and reliability and saving time.
