Abstract:
A high-pressure large-diameter two-way hard-sealing butterfly valve, relating to the field of valves, and comprising a valve body (1), a valve stem (2), a disc (3), packing (4), a packing gland (5), and a valve seat (6). The disc (3) is mounted in a flow channel of the valve body (1) and is connected to the valve stem (2) by means of a pin; the valve body (1) is provided with a stop (7) and a gear step (8) at the front and rear sides of the valve seat (6); the valve seat (6) is a piston valve seat and can be movably mounted between the stop (7) and the gear step (8) in a front-rear direction; the valve seat (6) has a first state in which when a medium flows forward in the flow channel of the valve body (1), medium force assists the disc (3) to seal and press the valve seat (6) to the gear step (8), and has a second state in which when the medium flows reversely in the flow channel of the valve body (1), the medium force pushes the valve seat (6) to move towards the stop (7) and sealingly match the disc (3); the outer circumferential surface of the valve seat (6) is provided with several mounting grooves (9); and an explosion-proof O-shaped ring (10) and a graphite ring (11) are respectively provided in the mounting grooves (9). The butterfly valve has the advantages of good practicability and good sealing.
