The present invention provides a high-pressure filling/unloading system, comprising: a high-pressure gas pipeline connected to a gas filling station; a gas substitution pipeline used for gas substitution; multiple dual channel rotating joints that are provided in the high-pressure gas pipeline, and can rotate under pressure; and a filing/unloading joint provided at a free end of the high-pressure gas pipeline, and comprising a control mechanism, wherein the filing/unloading joint can form a substitution working channel or a filing/unloading working channel in the filing/unloading joint by means of the control mechanism, and the control mechanism is configured to be capable of alternately opening the substitution working channel and the filling/unloading working channel, such that the substitution working channel is communicated with the gas substitution pipeline to perform gas substitution, or the filling/unloading working channel is communicated with the high-pressure gas pipeline to perform filling or unloading of a high-pressure gas.
