Abstract:
A high-precision rotary table and an angle calibration method used thereby. The high-precision rotary table belongs to a mechanical rotary table structure, and comprises an outer housing (1), wherein an AZ main shaft (2) is mounted inside the outer housing (1), the middle of the AZ main shaft (2) is in power connection with a rotor of an electric motor (3), an encoding disk (4) is arranged inside the outer housing (1), and the encoding disk (4) is fixed on the AZ main shaft (2); the encoding disk (4) is arranged above a support (5), a reading head (6) is mounted on the support (5), and a collection end of the reading head (6) corresponds to the encoding disk (4); the reading head (6) and the electric motor (3) are both connected to a control end; the reading head (6) reads a grating angle change value of the encoding disk (4) and feeds back same to the control end; and the control end controls the start/stop and a forward/reverse rotation state of the electric motor (3) according to the grating angle change value of the encoding disk (4). An encoding disk (4) is mounted on an AZ main shaft (2) and cooperates with a reading head (6) to collect and feed back the rotation angle of the AZ main shaft (2), such that when an error value occurs in the rotation of a rotary table, the error value can be corrected in a timely manner, thereby preventing a possible rotation error value caused by a gap of a mechanical fit, and effectively improving the rotation accuracy of the rotary table.
