Abstract:
A high-precision digital hydraulic motor (7), which comprises a digital servo valve (3), a mechanical feedback mechanism (5), and a hydraulic motor (6). The high-precision digital hydraulic motor (7) integrates the digital servo valve (3), the mechanical feedback mechanism (5), and the hydraulic motor (6) as a whole. The digital servo valve (3) is connected to a hydraulic fluid of the hydraulic motor (6). The mechanical feedback mechanism (5) is connected to the hydraulic motor (6). The mechanical feedback mechanism (5) controls the digital servo valve (3) to make corresponding adjusting changes. The mechanical feedback mechanism (5) is the mechanical feedback mechanism (5) having a speed-increasing function. The mechanical feedback mechanism (5) having the speed-increasing function allows a feedback of the hydraulic motor (6) to be amplified, thus ultimately increasing the resolution and control precision of the hydraulic motor (6).
